Brief:

You are to submit an A4 ring binder containing documentary evidence that is cross referenced against the Module Learning Outcomes, but also against UKSPEC engineering outcomes. This Portfolio will contain all notes, materials, essays etc that you have produced, read, studied or found as a part of this course. It is meant to be presented in a coherent manner so that you get used to the rigours of Technical File production. 

In addition, you will present a concise reflection on the effectiveness and factors affecting personal and team performance in this module incorporating reflection on team working (500 words)

Marking Scheme

All the items below will be graded using the standard granulation

To be sure of passing you should be achieving a minimum of GOOD on all requirements.

Comments will be presented in Medical Devices Language as MAJOR Non-conformances, MINOR non-conformances, or observations. 

Portfolio Requirement(s)

1, Submission of A4 ring binder containing all relevant documentation in a professional manner.

2. All content cross referenced against learning outcomes

3. Selected content referenced against UKSpec professional engineering requirements.

4. Content identifiable as SELF STUDY as opposed to that provided as a part of the course.

Personal Reflection Requirement(s)

 5. A professionally presented report not exceeding 500 words  (allowable band 480-500) providing a personal reflection.

6. Evidence of reflection on personal performance as a team member

7. Evidence of reflection of team performance as a whole.

8. Citing of evidence of "self assessment" presented as appendices.
