Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Student: Professor: Course title: Date: Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) The systems development lifecycle is made up of 7 phases. These include the following: Phase 1: Identify objectives, opportunities, and problems – this stage looks to identify any opportunities or problems that exist as well as the goals or objectives which the project should pursue. It is notable that just because there is an opportunity or problems does not essentially imply that it has to be addressed in this particular project (Pollard, Gupta & Satzinger, 2010). Operational, economic and technical feasibility is also determined. The personnel involved in this phase include systems management, user management and analyst.
