HR has to manage expectations about what the return to work means, what the purpose of the workplace is and what is better done in the office than remotely. The future is much more complex than the past.” (https://www.peoplemanagement.co.uk/long-reads/articles/how-pandemic-boosted-hr-credentials-how-profession-capitalise#gref accessed on 28/03/2022)
