You should begin with a brief overview of tasks 1, 2 and 3.
TASK 1: Key soft skills for students and employees
1) With specific reference to the case study, describe some of the soft skills you need at university and in the workplace
2) For two of the skills you mentioned in part (1) give an explanatory overview.
You could define the skills, describe related skill sets and identify associated personality traits or habits
3) Provide example tasks and situations where the two skills you included in part (2) are used by students at university and employees in the workplace

1) Give reasons why the skills that you covered in Task 1 are important for employees and students. You should discuss the benefits of using the skills
