Assessment task details:

1. Critically analyse your chosen organisation’s recruitment and retention processes and discuss how they affect talent management and succession planning.
2. Discuss – in the context of your chosen organisation - the advantages and disadvantages of such processes on any long-term organisational performance and strategy. Consider in particular how an organisation can ensure its resourcing and talent management processes meet lawful and ethical people management requirements

The assignment should be submitted in the form of a written essay, in Microsoft Word or equivalent format, via Turnitin.
