Very recently you are given a project to conduct a research into equality and diversity within the workplace based on the Equality Act 2010; you could also suggest to them some areas of possible research;

- Recruitment policy on Socio-cultural background

- Gender and promotion, etc.

b) Produce an appropriate project management plan that includes relevant actions to meet objectives and timeframes.

c) Conduct research to generate knowledge which will form the basis for analysis of the scenario posed in the brief.

d) Analyse your findings and draw conclusions to form the basis for recommendations.

e) Present and produce your project in an appropriate manner for the intended audience.

f) Communicate your recommendations in an appropriate manner for the intended audience.

g) Complete a performance review that addresses the following:
