Many companies in the restaurants business have struggled over the last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown. As the UK government plans to bring the lockdown to an end this year, many organisations are not sure of the likely performance of their business in the post COVID-19 UK. You have been contacted by Nandos, one of the biggest restaurant chains in the UK to analyse the business environment of the UK and how this may affect their business operation in post COVID-19 times.
